The RAAF Welfare Recreation Company Charter is articulate through its Aim, Mission and Corporate Goals:

Aim
  • Provide and promote access to discounted holiday accomadation
Mission
  • Optimise benefits to eligible members through the provision of discounted recreational accommodation.

Corporate Goals

Objective 1 – Recreational Facilities
  • Provide eligible members with access to discounted holiday accommodation through the provision of owned or leased holiday accommodation, joint ventures with other bodies or promoting the use of other Defence welfare schemes.
Objective 2 – Recreational Amenities and Welfare Activities.
  • Provide financial assistance via loans and grants in the provision of recreational amenities and Service recognised welfare activities.
Objective 3 – Mutual Cooperation and Marketing.
  • Foster relations with Navy, Army and other Allied nations so that eligible members can access similar amenity benefits. Promote, in accordance with the Air Force Holidays marketing plan, holiday facilities, other affiliated recreational accommodation, and other welfare amenity benefits available to eligible persons.
